Our bed and breakfast is located directly opposite our beach - on the promenade - and has been awarded the Carinthian quality seal. Along the promenade you can easily walk many restaurants, cafés and bars. The guesthouse is located directly on its own private beach with our new LAKE HOUSE. Thus, only a few meters remain to enjoy a perfect bathing day at Lake Klopeiner See. In our company, we attach great importance to sustainability in the production of energy through solar panels for hot water treatment and a modern PV system for green electricity.

All rooms have a contemporary and modern design, are comfortably furnished and mostly sea-side. Almost all rooms have a direct view of the lake, as well as a spacious balcony or terrace.
